To eliminate AI amnesia and provide meaningful analytics, we store:

  • logged meals
  • your product catalog
  • historical calorie and macro data
  • notes only if you explicitly ask us to remember them

We do not sell your data.
We do not share it with third parties.
You can delete everything.
